ISSC 2019 Registration

Attendees of ISSC 2019 are required to register online for the conference. Registration covers attendance to all sessions, refreshments, lunches and the conference banquet. Additional banquet tickets can be purchased as required.

Registration and payment to attend the conference is via the Maynooth University Shop (see payment methods below). (You should have already submitted your paper before registering. Please visit the Guide for Authors page to submit your paper if necessary.)

At least one author of each published paper must pay the registration and attend ISSC 2019 in order to present the paper/poster. Failure to register for the conference by the above date may result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings. Failure to present the paper at the conference may also result in the paper being removed from the IEEE online database. The ISSC 2019 online registration must be completed along with the final camera ready paper.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration should be made in writing before the 31st May 2019 to the ISSC 2019 Conference Secretariat either by email to or by post:

An administration fee of 30% will apply to registration cancellations received on/before 31st of May 2019.

No refunds can be made for any cancellations received after 31st of May 2019. Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague and an administration fee of EUR30 will apply. All refunds due will be processed after the conference.

Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference secretariat by the dates specified. Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events or early termination of attendance.

Please note that papers with no authors registered for the conference cannot be included in the conference proceedings.
