Guide For Authors

Submission Guidelines

Initial submissions may be up to 8 pages. However, for the final submission, paper should be 6 pages long. Any page over 6 pages will be charged EUR 90 per page up to a maximum of two extra pages.

Papers must be submitted via the online paper submission system - see Submit Your Paper on the conference website - . Paper applications will not be accepted by email.

Conference papers should follow be structured as follows:

  • Title
  • Author(s)
  • Affiliation(s)
  • Keywords
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgement
  • References

Please ensure that you acknowledge the research project sponsor/funding agency where appropriate.

Papers should be formatted in accordance with the IEEE manuscript templates for conference proceedings.

All papers will be reviewed by at least three members of the Technical Programme Committee. Following review, authors will be informed whether their paper is accepted and, if accepted, whether it will be orally presented or presented as a poster. The Technical Programme Committee will select high quality papers containing original work.

Submissions will be judged on the following:

  • Relevance
  • Significance
  • Novelty
  • Technical Correctness
  • Experimental/Evidential Support
  • Clarity of Presentation
  • Reference to Prior Work and Publications
  • Compliance with the IEEE authorship guidelines such as those relating to multiple submission and originality of submitted work.

The Technical Programme Committee encourages submissions that include implementation or simulation aspects, along with theoretical analysis and design. There will be prizes for the best paper and the best poster presented at the conference.

Note that final acceptance is conditional upon registration of presenters by the Early Registration Deadline.
