Camera Ready (Final Submission) Instructions
Step 1
Register yourself for the conference. Registration details have already been provided earlier and also available here.
Whatever type of your paper (oral or poster) accepted, the pdf of the paper (which you submitted) has to be uploaded after addressing the reviewers comments on the submission site. For oral papers, the presentation schedule will be provided before the conference. For poster presentation, instructions will be communicated in the next weeks before the conference.
Step 2
Transfer the copyright to IEEE. This is also integrated in the Exordo submission site. When you will be uploading the camera ready final submissions, you will be asked to transfer this copyright to IEEE. Remember that we will be unable to publish your paper in the IEEE Xplore digital library if copyright is not transferred.
Step 3
Please adhere to the submissions instructions (in terms of page limit). Papers over 6 pages will be charged €90 per extra page up to a maximum of two extra pages (8 pages maximum). More details are available here.
Step 4
Use the IEEE conference template to generate your final pdf.

No headers, footers, or page numbers should appear on your manuscript.
Step 5
Before creating the final pdf, include appropriate copyright notice. Copyright details are included below for your reference. If the conference chooses to stamp the papers this will be in addition to the markings provided by the IEEE Publishing Operations team:
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:
978-1-6654-5227-4/22/$31.00 ©2022 Crown
For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:
978-1-6654-5227-4/22/$31.00 ©2022 European Union
