The registration fees for delegates are shown below. Prices are subject to Exordo fees. This includes the price of publication where appropriate, subject to page restrictions. The delegate fees for this event have been reduced for IEEE Members,.

Registration covers attendance to all sessions. You should have already submitted your paper before registering. Please visit the Guide for Authors page to submit your paper if necessary.

Registration Fee

  • Delegate (including banquet) €300

  • Delegate (discounted rate): for members of IEEE, or IEEE societies (including banquet) €260

  • Student Presenting a Paper/Poster (including banquet) € 250

  • Student Presenting a Paper/Poster & member of IEEE (including banquet) € 220

  • Extra Banquet Ticket (Early bird rate) € 50

  • Extra Banquet Ticket € 70

  • Student not Presenting a Paper/Poster (not including banquet) € 120

  • Accompanied Secondary-Level Student (not including banquet) No charge

*Delegates who pay the student fee must provide a valid student ID.

Please note that photographers will be working throughout the event. If you are not happy to have your photograph taken, or be recorded you should contact us to discuss the matter. It may not be possible to exclude individuals from crowd photographs. If this is a concern for you please do not register.

At least one author of each published paper must pay the registration and attend ISSC 2025 in order to present the paper/poster. Failure to register for the conference by the early registration deadline may result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings. Failure to present the paper at the conference may also result in the paper being removed from the IEEE online database. The ISSC 2025 online registration must be completed along with the final camera ready paper.
